No, not necessarily. You don’t have to register at https://fatimasalamatofficial.com/. You can log in as a guest and shop from our site. 


Can I order a past season item?


Yes, you can. Please contact our team who will be able to advise further.


Can I order a custom fit or bespoke garment? 

To customize a garment or place a bespoke order, you need to contact us via WhatsApp at +92 320 3238382 OR +92 325 1488488 with your preferences. We will get back to you with the specific requirements to proceed ahead. 

Please note: All customizations will be subject to approval. We do not make any changes in the basic silhouette of the garment. However, adding details like sleeves or lining, or an additional piece like churidar, skirt, or dupatta will be on a chargeable basis.


What is your payment policy for bespoke orders? 

For bespoke orders, we require a 50% advance and 50% upon dispatch.

What is your procedure for fulfilling bespoke orders? 

We discuss all orders with our clients at great length to reduce any margin of error. Once you’ve confirmed your design requirements and given us a go-ahead for production, we will send you pictures to confirm fabric colors and work settings.

But what if my dress requires alterations?

We expect to get all the details right from our clients. We also promise a perfect fit, but regrettably, we are unable to accommodate alteration requests for international orders as it’s very costly for both the parties. However, for orders within Pakistan, if there are any major alterations, we will pay to have the dress sent back, fix it, and send it back to you for free.

Can I change/cancel my order? 


You may reach out to our team on call, whatsapp, or any of our official social media channels to change or cancel your order. Please note that the order can only be modified or cancelled if it is not processed by our team.
